House Instructions

Welcome to our home! We kindly ask that you follow the instructions provided and take good care of our space. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out. Thank you for choosing to stay with us!

  • Transportation to and from the airport will be organized before your arrival. You will be given a station number where the driver will be parked on stepping outside the airport. The driver will have a placard with your last name and will take you to the house.

    • Local use ONLY!

    • When driving be aware of BUMPS and POTHOLES in the road as they can show up without warning

    • The vehicle will be provided with a full tank of gas and we kindly request that you refill the tank with Premium ONLY before your departure.

  • Please wear a helmet at all times and use the bike exclusively on paved roads. Do not ride on walkways or walking trails.

  • "1619 Enter" to Open

    "1619" to Close 

  • The garbage and recycle bins are located on the south side of the patio, down the stairs on the side of the lot.

  • Controlled from the hot tub. Heater button heats water and is isolated from the pool. Spa Button creates bubbles. Push on and off after use. The Spa button stays on for a minute or two for cooling purposes. It is important not to heat the pool, controlled from the wall unit next to the TV (not accessible). Switch the hot tub off when not in use. The filtering on the pool comes on once a day from 10am to 1pm and allows water to flow over the jacuzzi into the pool and over the infinity wall. This is normal. Hot tub start will exclude the hot tub from the pool and stop the filtering mechanism. This is normal.

  • The garden and pool are maintained by independent contractors.

  • Weekly Maid Service

  • The neighbor to the south of the house is a couple who live in Cabo all year round. The house to the north is a vacation home and is rarely occupied.

  • Shut off outside the pump room under the patio on the south side next to the garbage enclosure. Two water heaters on either side of the entrance to the house, enclosed in wall cabinets, driven by pilot lights. On at all times and will need no change.

  • Please inform us regarding any pets you may want to bring.
